Our team strives to process and send all orders within 72 business hours. All credit card and electronic check payments for your Relief Meds are authorized by our Payment Processor within 24 to 48 hours; once verified, your order will be completed.We will contact you if there are any issues with your order, so please confirm that the email address and phone number you provide are correct, and that any spam filtering software you use receives communication from us.
Express Shipping.
Express Shipping is a possibility.This option starts at $24.95 and increases depending on the number of medications in your order (up to 9 prescriptions). This option necessitates the customer’s signature upon delivery.Express shipping to all other places is $39.95. To ensure your privacy, all goods are transported in plain packaging. All packages are shipped from Relief Meds by parcel express mail. At our discretion, some parcels demand a signature upon delivery. There are no additional handling expenses, medicine dispensing fees, or customs taxes. If two or more people order prescription drugs from the same address at the same time, you will only be charged for one delivery charge from Relief Meds, up to our maximum order amounts.
Notice Left
If no one is at home at the time of delivery, the status of you order on the Postal System will be updated to “Notice Left” which means USPS attempted to deliver your item and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after five days then it will be returned to the sender. You can pay for reshipping $24.95 in order to receive a new tracking number. (Reshipping will be issued until the package is received back in our offices).
Holidays
Note that on Holidays season, the Postal, USA and other countries will be extra busy; therefore a delay is expected in packages shipped during this season. We appreciate your understanding, our customer service will be happy to assist you and available to inform you the latest status on your existing order shipped, you can always contact us at Toll Free number or email address.

Returns And Refunds Policy
Due to government regulations and the possibility of tampering with medications, returns cannot be accepted. In case your package is returned due to no one was available to sign for it. You can pay for reshipping $24.95 in order to receive a new tracking number. (Reshipping will be issued until the package is received back in our offices).
